pitbull.phys.unm.edu: a physics department Atlas machine, with Atlasgrid and Atlas PACMAN packages installed

PACMAN-generated documentation from a partial install of the Atlas package on LosLobos. This successful local testing showed that LosLobos worker nodes can freely access the internet (for now.)
